Just wanted to invite you guys to join the newly launched Pinoy Community Forum for all Nurses, nursing reviewees and students worldwide.
This new forum is dedicated to all Filipino nurses here in the Philippines and abroad. Here you can discuss different topics about the nursing profession including but not limited to nursing review schools and materials, nursing review schools and nursing schools. The forum also offers mock quiz/exam system where you can practice answering simulated questions for the NLE, NCLEX and IELTS amongst others.
But most of all, this forum is a place where the nursing professional can converge and make it their new home on the internet. Equipped with a no-frills Chat room, you can find new friends or reunite with acquaintances. You can ask questions, get tips and strategies or become a resource contributor for others to learn from.

Job Description:
Use extra-ordinary diligence in analyzing patient’s records and recommending and/or taking appropriate action (including but are not limited to the request of additional tests and/or Doctor’s visit, when necessary) and using clinical judgment in assessing, acting on and responding to patient concerns.
Ensures that all medical records are up-to-date (including the completion of all forms, encoding of notes, noting and correcting discrepancies, proper billing, among others), and that all patient requirements are complete and/or requested/coordinated to the appropriate department/office.
Ensures the integrity and confidentiality of patients’ records in accordance to HIPAA and other related laws, policies and guidelines.
Anticipate and ensure the availability of patient requirements prior to their appointment.
Coordinates with other medical facilities and insurance companies on tests and insurance coverage/verification.
Ensuring that all patients are reminded and informed of their appointments and that all queries and issues of patients are resolved in a very expedient, professional and courteous manner.
Ensures that all actions are documented and reported to the immediate supervisor.
